Clairsentience, which means clear sensing, is the ability to feel the present, past or future physical and emotional states of others, without the use of the normal five senses. Psychics who are clairsentient are able to retrieve information from houses, public buildings and outside areas. It is also one of the abilities used in aura sensing and psychometry.


Many people have this ability without consciously realizing it. They are the individuals who talk about getting a gut feeling, good or bad, when looking to purchase a home or just entering a building. They might pass an internal judgment of an individual when they meet.


Another type of individual may be empathetic to another’s feelings and share in the emotions emanating from that individual. The work of a psychic empath is done in this way. An empath is also tuned into the emotions and physical feelings of another persons’s past, present and future.


The psychic ability of clairsentience is tied into the sacral and heart chakras. The sacral chakra attributes are those of emotions and gut feelings. The heart chakra controls empathy, compassion and unconditional love.


There are several ways to develop clairsentience. One way is through meditation. A chakra alignment meditation is very good to practice because it stimulates the free flowing energy between all of the chakras. When performing this meditation, pay special attention to the sacral and heart chakras and more importantly, the third eye or brow chakra. It is the doorway to your sixth sense.


Another way to develop this ability, along with your other psychic powers, is to start becoming aware of any feelings you get when you are with other people or in public places. Think of your emotions. Do you feel happy or sad? Do you get small glimpses of scenarios that may have taken place? Do you feel any physical symptoms that you did not have prior to an encounter with someone? Have you become overly emotional for no apparent reason?


These are just a few questions to ask yourself when you are trying to develop your psychic abilities. While practicing, it is important to decipher between your own feelings and emotions and those of others. As mentioned earlier, many people have some form of this ability, and most likely, you do too.
