WHO CAN ENTER
1. Entrants are limited to Psychic Library Card holders who are 18 years of age or older, with a valid e-mail address. No employees of Psychic Library are eligible to enter.
HOW TO ENTER
2. No purchase is necessary to win. The contest begins January 1, 2016 and ends midnight (Mountain time) June 1, 2016. The winner will be notified via e-mail.
3. One entry per person, except when “Second Chance Entry” option is available.
4. If you are not a Psychic Library Card holder and would like to enter, just sign up for a Library Card, and when you receive your card number, enter your information into the form below.
THE PRIZE
5. One Amazon Gift Card each for two winners, retail valued at $25.00 each.
6. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted. Psychic Library reserves the right to substitute a comparable prize of like or greater value, including cash, for any prize, for any reason.
ELIMINATION
7. Any false information or misrepresented identity given by a contest entrant will result in elimination from the contest. Psychic Library reserves the right to disqualify any contest entrant they believe did not comply with the official rules.
WINNER SELECTION
8. Winner is drawn at random.
9. Odds of winning are dependent on the number of entries received.
WINNER NOTIFICATION
10. Contest winners will be notified via e-mail on June 1, 2016 and will have 48 hours to confirm the e-mail and claim the prize. In the event the winner does not respond, a new random drawing will take place, to which the same set of rules will apply.
11. By claiming the prize, the winner authorizes the use of their first name and last-name initial, which will be published on the Psychic Library Facebook page and Psychic Library Twitter page. Psychic Library is not responsible for any additional sharing of the winner?s name in any other locations or websites.
ADDITIONAL RULES
12. Psychic Library is not responsible for any technical difficulties that may result during the process of entering the contest or receiving notifications about the contest.
13. Local, county, state, federal and other taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
14. By participating in the contest, participants agree to be bound by the decisions of Psychic Library personnel.
15. Psychic Library reserves the right to withdraw, terminate, amend or alter the contest rules at any time, without prior notice.
16. Psychic Library will not use your email or sell information to any other entities.
17. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE PSYCHICLIBRARY.COM WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATIONS OF THE GIVEAWAY IS A VIOLATION OF THE CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
