Tarot Card for the Week of 2-22-15

The tarot cards hold special meanings, warnings, characteristics and actions that may need to be taken in order to change your course in life. Keep in mind that some aspects are changeable and some are not. It is all up to you. With the Ten of Swords as the tarot card for the week of 2-22-15, this might be the week that some deep crises may be coming to an end. However, they will culminate with an important Karmic lesson. Things around you may possibly begin to improve. You may still need to stay vigilant, as there is a distinct possibility that bad lack, unpleasantness and sorrow are lurking around the corner. Beware of self-pity ? there is a good chance that everything will work out in the end. This may also be the week to extend a helping hand to someone in distress who you can identify with. Be particularly aware of people you really do not know that well. They may have ulterior motives. If you have been experiencing depression and harboring feelings of unhappiness from your past, you may now begin to feel the dark cloud lifting. As the card illustrates 10 Swords in the back, it is sending a clear warning not to get involved in backstabbing. This may be the week to trust your intuition before beginning any new ventures, which may be coming your way shortly. You may also find that your emotional and physical health will begin to improve.

UPRIGHT:
The Ten of Swords, Minor Arcana is a card of endings, good or bad. It is time to let go of all of the negative thinking you have been harboring. Although hard to do, and you are still feeling low, just know that you will not sink any lower. Realize that your plans will not come to fruition ? this is your wake-up call. A possible disaster is lurking that you have no control over, however, you may find a way out. You will remain isolated from others for a while due to the fact that people whom you have trusted have stabbed you in the back. Luckily, a new beginning is about to start.
REVERSED:
A negative cycle is now ending ? change is in the air. The lessons you have learned will be invaluable to you in the future. Tap into your inner strength so that you can deal with deep rooted feelings from the past. Your health will begin to improve. If any more bad news comes your way, you will have the muscle to ride it through. Hard habits are hard to break, but you must do so in order to move forward.

Tarot Card for the Week of 2-16-14

The tarot cards hold special meanings, warnings, characteristics and actions that may need to be taken in order to change your course in life. Keep in mind that some aspects are changeable and some are not. It is all up to you. With the Queen of Pentacles as the tarot card for the week of 2-16-14, this might be the week that an individual, especially a woman, is there to help you in both personal and financial matters. But do make sure she truly has your best interests at the forefront. The card also represents smooth sailing throughout these currently shaky financial times. However, if you are feeling insecure, moody or neglectful, this is the time to channel more positive energies and use your intuitive abilities to move forward. If all the pressures from the previous week have brought you down physically, this is the week that your health will start to improve.

UPRIGHT:
Queen of Pentacles, Minor Arcana, is kind, loving and motherly. It also may represent a mother figure in your life. The Queen does cherish the finer luxuries in life. She is shrewd in business. She is sensual and open with her feelings. Her keen business sense and her organizational abilities serve her well. She works hard at everything, feeling that it will benefit her in the future. The card also indicates that you are independent, yet you are able to offer nurturing to others. She is able to take care of her commitments and those of family and friends who need her support.
REVERSED:
You may be putting your career or material possessions ahead of the love and attention your family needs from you. The Queen has suffered a traumatic childhood and she may be harboring insecurities, which have turned her into a self-centered woman. She also is jealous, envious and suspicious of others, but underneath it all she may just feel empty and alone. She is totally focused on material possessions. She is alone and her only focus is to reach the top no matter who she tramples on to get there. Money in the bank is more important than friendship. She is an individual who tries to buy anybody to protect herself. This individual is grandiose. This card may also refer to someone who is causing strife in your social life and is manipulating others to thwart your plans.
