Personal Year Calculator 2014

Your personal year number in numerology gives you a snapshot of the upcoming or past calendar years. It is based on your date of birth and the year you want to know about. Each personal year is part of a one-through-nine-year cycle, beginning when you are born and repeating again after every ninth year. Here is how to find your personal year number for 2014. Follow the calculation example given below.

The first step is to reduce the month and day of your birth to a single number. So if your birthday is on March 3, add the number of the month (3) to the date (3). The single number is now 6 (3 + 3 = 6). NOTE: If your birthday number adds up to the Master numbers 11 or 22, reduce them to 2 and 4, respectively.

Then reduce the year that you want to know about to a single number. The year 2014 becomes the number 7 (2 + 0 + 1 + 4 = 7). Next, add the 2 numbers together (6 + 7 = 13, then reduce the number 13 to a single number (1 + 3 = 4). Based on this formula this person is entering a Personal Year 4.

Now that you know how to calculate your personal year number, it can give you deeper insights into your future, as well as give you insights into your past, which have impacted your life today.

Focus your attentions on personalizing your home with things that bring inner warmth and make it a comfortable sanctuary. It may be as simple as displaying an old photograph.

Your introspectiveness will draw others to you.

Personal Year 8 ? This is the personal year in which you will reap the benefits of all your hard work. You will attain power and leadership in your activities and relationships. In this cycle, people will take notice of your professional strengths and you will find the spotlight shining directly on you.

Personal Year 9 ? Personal year 9 is the final year of the 9-year cycle, a year of completion and endings. Because of that, this is not the year to start a new business or relationship.

You need to take an inventory of your life and its past triumphs and foibles. It is also a time to let go of the people, places and things from the past that have held you back. In short, out with the old and in with the new, for example, your career, home or a relationship. Letting go can be very difficult, but you will later realize that it was necessary. Allow yourself to do some internal and external housecleaning. You will find that many burdens will be lifted off of your shoulders. Go out and commune with nature, as it will relax you and prepare you for your next 9-year cycle. You should also focus on trying to be more compassionate, loving and giving this year, for you will reap great rewards.

Tarot Card for the Week of 12-15-13

The tarot cards hold special meanings, warnings, characteristics and actions that may need to be taken in order to change your course in life. Keep in mind that some aspects are changeable and some are not. It is all up to you. With the Eight of Cups as the tarot card for the week of 12-15-13, this might be the week to reevaluate the path you have been on. If things have not been going according to plan, this is the time to change the course. You need to realize that materialism is not the answer; you will need to tap into your spiritual self for guidance and fulfillment. Reflect on your lifestyle and outlook on life; change those habits that do not serve you well.

UPRIGHT:
Eight of Cups, Minor Arcana, indicates leaving something behind, a turning point. This card indicates that you are looking for deeper meanings and a more intense joy to what has been a somewhat mundane life. You have a desire to be somewhere else or to leave a relationship that is not bringing you emotional fulfillment. You may be feeling that there is not much left to give of yourself. Walking away at this point may be the best option. You want to escape, but will better serve yourself if you find the answers within. You must discover your true spiritual needs and put less importance on your material possessions. You realize that all the materialistic things you have acquired will not make you truly happy. This card indicates that you have grown tired of your old ways and you need to find some way to fill that void. You may feel disenchanted and frustrated with the lack of progress. This is a time for you to look for some form of spiritual fulfillment. Once this has been achieved, positive changes will happen.
?
REVERSED:
There is depression and emotional scarring. You are closed off from others. You have come to a point in your life where you are numbing your feelings and emotions. This may lead to some type of substance abuse, gambling or some other form of addiction. It is time to reach out for help. You are also solely out for extremes of pleasure, self-indulgence and gluttony. You also may not know which is the right direction to turn ? there is a part of you that is comfortable in the current circumstances you are in; however, fear is holding you back from exploring new opportunities. This is the time to realize that you have come to a point in your life where you recognize your limitations and what can and cannot be fixed. Stop wavering and make a different choice. You have found it easier to walk away from problems than to confront them. You have created distractions, rather than deal with reality. Also, you are in denial about your financial resources. Reflect on whether you have done everything you could to help yourself out monetarily.
